A leasing solar contractor whom main aim is to provide greener future by planning , designing and installing self sufficient energy solution . Client wants to leverage its customers by providing them with self sufficient energy solution . The client is so capable that it is handling more than 4000 solar energy systems .
The client was already using their 5 year old Salesforce solution and wanted to updated to new and faster UI . That is the reason client started looking for Salesforce consultant for carrying out the implementation from Salesforce Classic to more intuitive Salesforce UI . Since they are using older version of Salesforce , it contains redundant Apex code which might have been written for incorporating features that are now out of the box (OOB) in Salesforce . They want us to remove redundant custom apex codes across the existing system .
Standard opportunity object is being used to manage Solar panel installation project of client , which was as per Winklix was not the best practise to be followed and at the same time it also comes up with several limitation which is not limited to accessibility and excess fields issues . Client at the same time also wants to bring down its annual cost of Salesforce which he is currently bearing near about $ 1,20,000 annually .

After rounds of discussion with client about their requirement during product discovery phase , Winklix team of Salesforce consultant has come up with digital transformation plan . The primary aim was to provide client with correct implementation of new Org as per their requirement in maintaining their customer relationship process in Solar Energy domain and thereby facilitate them with meeting their needs for business practise of client . We have implemented the latest lighting user interface which has also facilitated mobile apps accessibility of Org for both internal as well as external Sales Reps . New implementation has facilitated improvisation in performance and lower lag time in using Org due to the fact that all redundant APEX code has been replaced with OOB feature .
